The Company

Our client is a growing and established digital services business with a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to train and develop the right candidate within their busy client services team.

The Role

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and web chat
Provide friendly and professional customer support
Resolve customer queries and escalate where necessary
Update customer information on the customer relationship management system
Work closely with internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Support with general administrative tasks

The Candidate

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, organised and eager to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
A team player with a proactive attitude
