• Be at the forefront of continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives.
• Work with cutting-edge methodologies like 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Lean principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure robust product builds.
• Influence new product introductions and engineering changes to maintain top-tier standards.

• Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Drive problem-solving sessions using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain quality dashboards to track performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance quality control.

• A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in manufacturing or production environments.
• Expertise in Lean principles and process optimisation.
• Advanced experience with 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of plastics/injection moulding or experience in the life sciences industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
