We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established residential care home in Dorking, Surrey, providing 24-hour care and support for up to 44 residents.

As a Healthcare Assistant
, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will support residents with their daily needs while building positive and meaningful relationships with those you care for.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Providing compassionate care and support to residents
- Assisting with personal care and daily living needs
- Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice
- Supporting residents with hydration, nutrition and comfort
- Building positive and trusting relationships with residents
- Responding appropriately to residents' individual needs
- Supporting residents to participate in activities and social opportunities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
- Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Reporting any concerns regarding residents' health or wellbeing
- Creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment
