Web Optimisation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards.
• Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and digital marketing agency with the definition and implementation of a revised information architecture for  to provide an optimal user experience while delivering against business objectives.
• Support day‑to‑day updates and maintenance of  to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor website performance and conduct research activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Follow best practices and implement recommended enhancements to improve user journeys.
• Support backlog and sprint planning in line with marketing objectives while ensuring adherence to WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Implement agreed SEO best practices and technical recommendations in collaboration with our digital agency.
• Implement and support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) changes such as page updates, content variations, journey improvements and testing outputs.

• Strong technical skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail.
• Experience in website content management and implementing SEO best practices.
• Exposure or experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Kontent.AI) is advantageous.
