Hours: 39 per week
Shift: Monday Thursday 7:30am4:00pm, Friday 7:30am3:00pm ( hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: £13.44 £ 14.61 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role

Join our Assembly Department as an Assembly Fitter on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Youll play a key role in assembling sub-assemblies and main assemblies to meet production plans, following defined processes and drawings. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and main assemblies according to process sheets and drawings.
• Complete build documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the companys Quality Management System.
• Report equipment faults, component shortages, and safety concerns promptly.
