We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies, and technical documentation to produce high-quality products that meet engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies
- Must be able to work to engineering assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions
- Perform mechanical assembly using various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers as well as electric power tools
- Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments such as Verniers, Micrometers and other measuring gauges
- Perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled units
- Identify and report defects, nonconformities, or process improvement opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
- Document assembly steps and complete required production records
