As an Assembly Fitter, you’ll play a vital role in the assembly and build of high‑quality products within a structured production environment. This Assembly Fitter position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in quality and consistency.

• Assembly of sub‑assemblies and main assemblies to defined processes
• Working from assembly drawings and process sheets
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Working in line with risk assessments and health & safety procedures
• Being a reliable, engaged Assembly Fitter within the production team

• Permanent position
• 39 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
• ½ hour unpaid lunch break

• £28,067.52 – £30,115.80 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Profit‑related bonus scheme (5% of basic salary)
• 25 days holiday Bank Holidays
• Personal Pension Scheme:
  • 3.5% employee 5.5% employer
  • 5% employee 7.5% employer
  • Enrolment after 3 months

• Experience as an Assembly Fitter, mechanical assembler, or similar role
• Ability to read and follow technical or assembly drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
