Site‑based role - You can be based in or around the following areas:
Dorking, Guildford, Woking, Weybridge, Redhill, Crawley, Horsham, Farnham, Godalming, Cranleigh, Epsom, Sutton.
£32,000 - £38,000 + 5% Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Training and Personal Development + 25 Days Holiday (Plus 8 Bank Holidays) + Life Assurance + Retailer Discounts.

Established over 100 years ago, this company supplies specialist vehicles to clients across the UK and around the world. Following a multi‑million‑pound investment in its site and service delivery, the business now requires someone to take ownership of all aspects of production control.
You will oversee all aspects of production control across internal departments. This will involve managing significant changes to manufacturing and inventory processes, while ensuring output is maintained and costs are kept to a minimum. The role also involves extensive use of computerised stock control and MRP/ERP systems.
This role would suit a Production Controller who wants to play an influential part in a business that has continued to grow from strength to strength. As the site develops, your role and responsibilities will evolve too, offering excellent long‑term prospects for the right person.
Role- Coordinate and manage production orders, ensuring work is released and progressed in line with operational schedules and priorities.
- Monitor material availability and subcontract activities, proactively resolving shortages, delays, and supply chain issues to maintain production flow.
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data and production records, investigating and resolving transactional issues while working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
- Logistics controller
- Production / Inventory Control background
- Experience of computerised stock control, ERP/MRP systems
- Proven continuous improvements/waste reduction activities
