Production Operative

Dorking

12 week Temp to Perm

Must Drive due to the location.

Alternating Shift work

1st week 6am-2pm

2nd week 2pm-10pm

Pay: £15.96

Overtime Pay rate: £21.18

Our client, a fantastic global manufacturing company is looking for new Production Operatives to join their team. The option of 12 week temp contract, or temp-perm contracts are available.

ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.

Key responsibilities:

To be competent in operating the semi or automatic molding machine’s
To carry out the foil printing of components by semi-automatic machine process
To pack and label assemblies and other items
To carry out in process checks as specified, to report the results on the forms provided and to highlight any deviations from specification for correction
To work in special conditions as necessary: clean rooms; low humidity; or static – free
To carry out other such tasks as required from time to time.
To assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience desirable although no essential
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Integrity and reliability
Initiative and self-motivation
Effective communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude a must.
