Production Moulder​/Operator

We are recruiting for a Production / Moulding Operator to join an established manufacturing business on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on, physical role primarily working within the compression moulding department, operating machinery and producing, finishing and inspecting plastic components.

• Operating compression moulding machinery
• Finishing, sorting and packing components
• Carrying out quality checks on small parts
• Cleaning tools and equipment using compressed air
• Ensuring production and quality targets are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting injection moulding and packing areas when required

Please note:

This is a physically demanding role involving working with heated machinery operating at temperatures of up to approximately 200°C.

• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to follow instructions and work safely
• A positive, hands-on attitude
• Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience would be advantageous
