We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Lead to take ownership of our business's day-to-day marketing needs.

This is a hands-on role that would suit an experienced marketing professional ready to take responsibility for a company's marketing activities and make the role their own.

You will work closely with the management team to plan and deliver marketing activities that raise our profile, generate enquiries, and support the growth of the business.

• Take responsibility for the
  ** day-to-day running of our marketing
• Plan and manage the company's marketing calendar
• Create ideas for social media channels to support our existing social media team.
• Create content including company news, project updates, case studies and promotional material
• Manage and coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Support lead generation and new business activity
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to identify marketing opportunities
• Coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers and other suppliers when required
• Help produce brochures, presentations, sales materials and other marketing collateral
• Ensure our branding and company messaging are consistent across all channels
• Monitor marketing performance, enquiries and campaign results
• Provide regular updates to management on marketing activity and results
• Bring
  ** new ideas and initiatives
  ** to help improve how we market the business

• Has solid experience in a marketing role, ideally at Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager level
• Is ready to step into a position where they can take ownership of the marketing function
• Is confident managing social media, websites, email campaigns and content
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
