Lidl is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our store team in Dorking. You'll help keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for customers during a mix of morning and evening shifts. This role involves night prep, stock rotation, and supporting a fast-paced retail floor.
We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£14.45), 20–35 hours per week, weekend flexibility, and benefits including holiday allowance, staff discount, pension, and family leave. Interviews 28 September 2026.
