We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist tour operator who create tailor‑made and package holidays across Scandinavia, Iceland and surrounding regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced travel sales professional to join their team, designing inspiring journeys while driving strong commercial results.

Travel Specialist – What will I be doing?
This is a sales-focused role where you will manage enquiries from first contact through to completion
- .Handling new and repeat enquiries via phone, video, email and online channel
- sDesigning bespoke and package holidays tailored to each client’s preferences and budge
- tActing as the main point of contact throughout the booking journe
- yProactively following up leads to convert enquiries into confirmed booking
- sConfidently recommending additional services and upgrades to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenu
- eProducing accurate quotes, confirmations and travel documentatio
- nBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and internal colleague
- sWorking closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth handover once bookings are confirme
dYou will have full ownership of your pipeline and the opportunity to influence both customer experience and commercial performance
