Housekeeping Team Member Station

.

As a Housekeeping Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing bedroom, public and ancillary areas in accordance with our exceptional standards and procedures
• Reporting any defects in the fixtures and fittings
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems reported immediately
• Working effectively with colleagues and together as part of a team
• Being knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel
• Ensuring that guest concerns are dealt with courteously and efficiently
• Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock at all times
• Dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

We have several roles available for Housekeeping Team Members and welcome candidates who are interested in either part time and/or full time hours.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably hotels
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
