Capaldis Café and Ice Cream Parlour is recruiting a Team Leader for its new opening in Dornoch. This role suits someone experienced in hospitality who is confident running shifts and supporting a small team.
The role- You will lead shifts and oversee daily service.
- You will support and guide front of house staff.
- You will help manage stock and ensure standards are maintained.
- You will handle customer queries and resolve issues calmly.
- You will work closely with the owners during the launch phase.
Shifts will include weekends and busy seasonal periods.
Exact hours to be agreed.
- You have previous hospitality or supervisory experience.
- You are organised and confident under pressure.
- You are reliable and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Pay dependent on experience.
