Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Employment Specialist / Work Coach to support the Connect to Work programme across Dorset, covering Sherborne, Blandford Forum, Bridport and Lyme Regis. The role offers a salary of £27,000 per annum and a 37.5-hour week.
You will manage a caseload, provide one-to-one support, and help participants move into sustained employment using IPS or SEQF delivery models. Travel across the contract area is required.
