About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, medium-sized refurbishment contractor based in the Bournemouth area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial refurbishment projects across the region.

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the company directors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial refurbishment projects simultaneously from pre-start through to completion.
• Report directly to the company directors on project progress, programme, budgets, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project.
• Coordinate with site managers and project teams to ensure projects are adequately resourced with labour and subcontractors.
