Inspire Young Minds as a Primary School Teacher
We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and achievement thrive.
As a Primary Teacher, you'll play a vital role in nurturing pupils academically, socially, and emotionally-delivering creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.
🌟 The Role
You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your work will make a real impact on pupils' progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs
* Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback
* Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes
* Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
* Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches
✅ What We're Looking For
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS - required)
* Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
* Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities

From £140 per day (minimum)
* Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Day shifts only
* No weekends
* School holidays off

* Bachelor's degree (required)
* Minimum 1 year teaching experience
