Assistant Planner

We are working with a well-established independent planning consultancy in Dorset that is looking to appoint a Town Planner to support a growing pipeline of residential, commercial and rural planning projects across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner or Senior Planner to join a close-knit and highly respected team offering genuine career progression, exposure to a broad range of projects, and a flexible working environment.

Town Planner Dorset Competitive salary  benefits Hybrid working available The successful candidate will work closely with experienced planning professionals, landowners, developers and private clients on a varied caseload that includes:
Residential developments Rural and agricultural projects Commercial schemes Change of use applications Appeals and site appraisals Local plan representations and strategic planning work
