• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret results and contribute to patient care.
• Participate in professional development and keep up‑to‑date with advances in microbiological techniques and technologies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as needed.

• HCPC registration is essential, showcasing your professional credibility.
• Specialist Portfolio or equivalent is a must, indicating your specific expertise.
• Strong background in general bacteriology and laboratory practices.
• Working knowledge of Winpath Enterprise LIMS is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• A car driver is preferable for flexibility and convenience.
