Specialist MSK Physiotherapist (Private Practice)

Location:

East Dorset (Strategic hub near Poole / Bournemouth borders)

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours:

Permanent, Part-Time (Specific days/hours to be discussed but 18-22 hours per week)

The Opportunity We are representing a highly prestigious, independent private clinic in East Dorset. This is not a high-volume corporate conveyor belt clinic; it is a clinical environment where quality of care, patient experience, and clinician autonomy are the top priorities. The clinic has an outstanding reputation for orthopaedic medicine and post-surgical rehabilitation. They are looking for a dedicated clinician to take over an existing caseload and maintain the high standards their patients expect.

The Role This position is designed for a physiotherapist who enjoys working with a high level of independence. You will be treating a diverse range of conditions, from acute sports injuries to complex elective orthopaedic recoveries.

Clinical Autonomy:
Manage your own patient list with minimum supervision.

Treatment Focus:
Heavy emphasis on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and evidence-based post-op protocols.

Patient Time:
Enjoy longer appointment times compared to standard NHS or high-volume private settings, allowing for thorough assessment and meaningful rapport building.

What We Are Looking For

Seniority:
Ideally operating at a Band 6 level (or equivalent) with strong MSK foundations but very experienced Band 5's will also be considered.

Skills:

You must be confident in clinical reasoning for spinal and peripheral conditions and comfortable with post-surgery rehabilitation.

Registration:
Full HCPC is essential.
