Dorset Health Care University NHS Foundation Trust in Dorchester is seeking a registered nurse with SCPHN or substantial experience to join our specialist Children in Care team. You will assess and support health needs, develop care plans and work across Dorset to improve outcomes for cared-for children and young people.
This 12-month fixed-term post is 37.5 hours per week, with supervision, development opportunities and potential for a secondment if you currently work with Dorset Health Care.
