What you'll be doing:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers the highest guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events

Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment and rota management

Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination

Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining strong cost control

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene

Managing administrative processes, staff records and online systems

Working closely with senior management to meet commercial targets and operational objectives

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or F&B

Confident leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse team

Strong understanding of stock management, cost control and menu pricing

Excellent organisational and administrative ability, including use of digital systems

A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering standout service

Flexible, positive and able to adapt to the needs of a busy leisure environment
