Corporate Senior Associate​/Partner

Our highly respected client is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its award-winning Corporate team and help establish a new corporate practice in its Bournemouth office. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues in transactional corporate matters, supporting clients ranging from serial acquirers and private equity-backed businesses to those requiring corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, and share option advice.

The successful candidate will handle their own caseload, collaborate across the wider corporate team, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have significant corporate experience, be highly organised, commercially aware, and able to manage complex transactional work independently. Strong business development skills, excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using technology in a professional environment are also required.
