A Lexcel-accredited firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Conveyancing department in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a broad caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters, with strong support and a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including:

• Residential property transactions
• Commercial property transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
• Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
• Networking and engaging with the local community to support business development

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:

• Ideally 5+ years PQE in conveyancing
• Strong background in both residential and commercial conveyancing
• Excellent rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to network and contribute to the local community

The firm offers:
