Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - East Dorset
Location: East Dorset (role can be based at any office, with travel between branches as required)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (DOE)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well established and reputable Private Client team at Harold G Walker Solicitors. This is a client facing role within a supportive, friendly environment, offering the chance to work across a broad range of private client matters. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
The successful candidate may be based at any of the firm's East Dorset.
You will join a specialist Private Client team and handle a varied caseload, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Drafting Wills
- Trusts and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- General private client advisory work
You will deliver high quality client care and uphold the firm's strong reputation for excellence.
Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor or legal executive who can demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of Probate, Wills and Trusts
- Confidence working in a client facing role
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- IT literacy and comfort with modern case management systems
- Commitment to delivering high standards of legal service and client care
