In Service Support Manager

Do you have strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills and want to build a career supporting critical maritime and defence systems throughout their operational life?

As an In Service Support Manager, you will join our Operations team at TKMS ATLAS UK, supporting the management and delivery of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and In-Service Support contracts across the Maritime and Defence sectors. Our team works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) specialists, customers and suppliers to ensure our equipment and systems remain effectively supported throughout their operational life.

This role will contribute to the successful delivery of customer requirements and the continued growth and development of our support services.

You will play an important role in coordinating support activities, monitoring contract performance and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will gain exposure to Defence support contracts, service management and ILS processes while developing your project and commercial awareness.
