PBS4 is seeking an Assistant Enablement Manager in Dorset on a permanent basis. The role includes coaching and mentoring Enablement Practitioners, supporting across all shift patterns, and ensuring quality assurance with a focus on person-centred planning.
You will work with the team to enable meaningful daily life improvements for the people we support, including collaboration with families and external agencies. Driving licence is required.
