Mechanical Inspector – Day Shift (CMM Experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our quality team on the day shift. This role is ideal for someone with a strong inspection background and hands-on CMM experience, who is committed to maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspecting mechanical components to engineering drawings and specifications

* Operating CMM machines (programming experience is an advantage)

* Using manual inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges

* Recording inspection results and completing quality documentation

* Identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective actions

* Working closely with production and engineering teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Inspector

* Strong experience using CMMs

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication and organisational skills
