Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are currently recruiting for Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team in Ferndown

This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience who are looking for a stable role with a well-established company.

The Role for the Assembler will include:
Assembling products and components to a high standard
Using hand tools and basic power tools
Following assembly instructions, drawings and procedures
Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
Working to daily production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Working closely with other members of the production team

What We're Looking For in the Assembler:
Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience is desirable
Confident using hand tools
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
