This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients busy small-animal RCVS Nurse Training practice based in Dorset.

They are a friendly team that includes one full time vet, one weekend vet (long term locum), two RVNs, one student nurse and three reception colleagues. You’ll work in a modern, air‑conditioned and purpose‑built practice with state‑of‑the‑art equipment including digital x‑ray, portable ultrasound, Vet Air dental machine, capnograph & pulse oximetry, Doppler BP, high spec microscope and Idexx in‑house laboratory.

Due to a varied caseload, you’ll need solid experience as a vet with good general surgical and medical skills. Whether you join on a full‑time or part‑time basis, you’ll need to work a weekend rota but this won’t be expected until Spring 2022. There’s no OOH work required either, so the role is particularly supportive when it comes to your work/life balance.
