Duties for the Stores Person will include:

Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
Picking and preparing materials and components for production
Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out regular stock checks
Packing and dispatching customer orders
Delivering products and materials to customers and suppliers using a company van
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Supporting production teams with materials and ensuring work areas are kept organised
Using internal systems to update stock movements and records
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy stores environment

The ideal candidate for the Stores Person role will have:

Previous stores, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
A full clean UK driving licence (essential)
Experience driving a company van or carrying out local deliveries
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock
Basic computer skills and confidence using internal systems
A positive attitude and willingness to support different departments
Ability to undertake manual handling duties as part of a busy stores environment
Forklift experience
