Medical Records Receptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Data Entry Specialist to assist with reviewing medical records and accurately entering and pulling data. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to carefully identify and verify different types of medical records.

• Review and pull information from medical records.
• Accurately enter data into designated systems.
• Identify and verify the type of medical records being processed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive information.
• Carefully review entries to ensure information is complete and correct.
• Follow established procedures for organizing and processing records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.

• Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to distinguish between different types of medical records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Previous medical records, healthcare, or data entry experience is a plus.

$12–$15 per hour

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
