Inventory Manager

You'll be the Inventory Manager who turns "we should look into that" into a sized, scoped, defensible recommendation for Nex Gen Systems. Nex Gen Systems frames it as a partnership — $84,000 - $126,000 for your 8 years, ownership of business work, and growth shared both ways.

• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with Just-In-Time and Category Management stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
• Rebuild a target that the AL team stopped believing in
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends
• Broker tradeoffs when sales, product, and finance want three different things in Dothan
• Knit together the Dothan, AL P&L from pieces three teams own separately
• Build the 8-quarter view that survives contact with reality

• Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
