We are seeking a hands-on leader who can lead from the front and drive impact at scale on $5M–$10M construction projects. This is not a desk job – it requires rolling up your sleeves and delivering high-impact results in a dynamic environment.

This is not your typical corporate gig. Think startup energy with 20+ years of proven performance. We need a boots-on-the-ground leader—someone who thrives in dynamic environments, rolls up their sleeves, and delivers high-impact results on $5M–$10M construction projects.

• Own the Field:
  Oversee multiple construction and reconstruction projects from the ground up—driving progress, solving problems, and delivering results.
• Lead with Accountability:
  Manage project managers and superintendents. Set expectations. Monitor execution. Celebrate success. Course-correct when needed.
• Plan for Success:
  Assist in shaping project budgets, schedules, resource plans, and technical scopes.
• Build Client Trust:
  Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance:
  Support contract administration, technical reviews, and value-engineering strategies that optimize every job.

• 10+ years of construction management experience, ideally with direct oversight of $5M–$10M projects. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership in field operations, with deep expertise in construction methods, materials, and project life cycles.
• Mastery in reading and interpreting plans, specs, and contracts.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Procore and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
