Leasing Agent

A Leasing Agent opportunity has opened at Public Service Institute, and we'd love to find someone who's genuinely excited about it. The center of gravity here is ownership — $59,000 - $83,000 and a remote schedule orbit it, and 4 years gets you in the door.

• Turn 4 of pattern recognition into faster general calls

• Keep your Teamwork edge sharp as the AL market shifts
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Trade quick wins for collaborative fixes when the math favors patience
• Execute core Leasing Agent duties with accuracy and consistency

• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• Working familiarity with remote schedules and team norms at Public Service Institute
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve

Public Service Institute is a fast-moving, fiercely independent Dothan company that would rather earn trust slowly than buy attention quickly. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

You bring the Work Ethic; we bring $59,000 - $83,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the freedom to grow on your terms in Dothan.

Live and hiring this very moment for the Dothan, AL team.
