We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine with Obstetrics Fellowship Physician to join a talented team.

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecological surgeries.
• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, ensuring excellent outcomes for both mothers and babies.
• Participate in the development and growth of a hospital-employed OB/GYN practice.
• Perform routine OB/GYN procedures, including C‑sections, hysterectomies, and other surgeries as needed.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and clinical guidelines within the practice.
• Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Shared call coverage - 1:4
• Hospital averages ~ 796 deliveries per year

• Competitive Salary: $400,000 - $425,000
• Commencement Bonus: $50,000
• Medical Education Repayment: Up to $75,000 paid monthly over three years
• Residency Stipend: $25,000 (divided equally and paid monthly from the time of contract sign until the completion of residency)

This is a wonderful community of approximately 70,000 residents. The work-week population, however, grows to almost 300,000 which would allow any new specialty provider to enter into a busy practice early on. Dothan has low crime rates and is an excellent community to raise a family with affordable housing. It is home to the National Peanut Festival, Dothan Botanical Gardens, Troy University and Wallace Community College Campuses.

Dothan has an airport that offers multiple flights per day into and out of Atlanta, GA. It is also within a 1.5 hour drive to the beautiful beaches of Sand Destin and Panama City Beach, FL.
