Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Dothan, Alabama. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established cardiothoracic surgical program in a modern facility with advanced technology and comprehensive support.
Position:
Permanent MD/DO Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Location:
Dothan, Alabama
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a full spectrum of cardiothoracic surgical procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic resections, and aortic surgery.
Participate in both elective and emergency cases.
Collaborate closely with a team of cardiologists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists to deliver coordinated cardiovascular care.
Provide perioperative and post-operative management, including ICU rounds and patient follow-up.
Participate in a shared call rotation and multidisciplinary case conferences.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Alabama.
Skilled in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery; minimally invasive or robotic experience a plus.
Strong clinical acumen, communication, and teamwork skills.
