Salary: Competitive base salary in the range of $305,000 – $500,000+ per year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology Physician to join our hospital-employed team near Dothan, Alabama. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a collegial environment within a traditional practice setting that values quality patient care, collaborative teamwork, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat complex medical oncology and hematology cases.
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary care planning.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing, pharmacy, and ancillary services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Medical Oncology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Alabama.
- Excellent clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
