• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft systems to ensure continued airworthiness.
• Perform maintenance on avionics & electrical systems, engines, flight controls, and airframe components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.
• Comply with aircraft record procedures outlined in DA PAM 738-751.
• Record aircraft discrepancies in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and contract terms.
• Use computerized maintenance software to perform required functions.
• Perform aircraft recovery missions as necessary.
• Perform engine run or taxi operations; meet certification requirement within 12 months of employment.
• Read and interpret manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repair or replacement.
• Perform other qualified duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid FAA A&P certificate.
• Union CBA with three levels of A&P experience based on years on C‑12/King Air MDS aircraft.
• US citizenship required for Secret Security Clearance and base access.
• Minimum two years A&P mechanic experience; preference for two years or more of C‑12/King Air experience (AM‑1). Five years of C‑12/King Air hands‑on experience required (AM‑2). Ten years FAA A&P experience and thirteen years C‑12/King Air experience required (AM‑3).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanic tools and toolbox; tools must be etched with mechanic PID and toolbox shadowed (Recruiter will provide information).
• Ability to move freely inside interior and unpressurized area aft of aft pressure bulkhead and meet weight specifications.
• Willingness to work any shift assigned and/or rotate for a multi‑shift operation under the Union CBA.

• Must obtain and maintain a US Govt Secret Security Clearance, facility credentials, and authorization.
• US citizenship required to hold the clearances.

• Ability to move freely inside interior and unpressurized area aft of aft pressure bulkhead; meet weight specs.
• Stand, squat, sit, walk, and work with arms overhead for extended periods.
• Pull, push, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comply with FAA regulations as applicable.
• Understand contract performance work statement (PWS).
• May be required to work and/or rotate for multiple shifts.
• Valid FAA A&P license; comply with FAR 65.83 and recent experience requirements.
• Speak, read, write and understand English.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, able to handle stressful situations and timelines with a professional, non‑confrontational attitude.
