Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Dothan, AL, to provide treatment in a home setting for our geriatric clientele. We are an outpatient therapy clinic that believes in a proactive preventative approach that helps patients thrive and experience successful aging-in-place.

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Maintain daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
• Have your own equipment, including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
• New graduate applicants welcomed; experienced therapists, especially those with hospice patient experience, are encouraged.
• Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.

PRN (pro re nata)

As a PRN therapist, a therapy organization will send patient assignments for you to follow the POC when they need an extra therapist to treat their patient load.
