What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Previous work with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
