• Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Maintain daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
• Have your own equipment, including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists, especially with hospice patients.
• Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.

PRN (pro re nata) – Per diem basis. PRN therapists are part of an on‑call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. They can accept or decline cases based on availability.

• Flexible schedule: choose when to work and accept or decline cases.
• Variety of settings: work in ALF and residential home settings, gaining experience across patient populations.
• Higher rates: lack of benefits like PTO and health insurance, but often a more attractive wage.
• No long‑term contracts: assignments vary from a few patients to several, no ties to a specific facility.
• Weekend and holiday shifts: may be called upon for weekends or holidays, often with premium pay rates.

Compensation: up to $100/eval + 2 units.
