Juvenile Court Liaison / Outpatient Therapist

Spectra Care Health Systems, Inc. based in Dothan, AL. The position is located in Children’s Services in Dothan.

Work hours:

Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm.

• Develop a relationship with juvenile judges, probation officers, and program directors to offer appropriate services.
• Perform evaluations and intakes, group and individual therapy on a short‑term basis, family support and crisis intervention services to consumers within the program.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

• Master’s degree or above in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or another behavioral health field.
• Completion of a relevant clinical practicum or six months post‑master clinical experience supervised by a master’s level or above clinician plus two years postgraduate clinical experience.
• One year experience working with children/adolescents and completion of 10 hours of specialized training within one year of service start.
• Willingness to obtain AADAA certification within 30 months of hire.
