Therapist I – Adult Outpatient Services
Join to apply for the Therapist I – Adult Outpatient Services role at Spectra Care Health Systems, Inc.
This position will be located at our Adult Outpatient Services in Dothan, AL.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic services to clients of the system's substance abuse and mental illness units.
- Employ various clinical and social treatment skills and approaches.
- Conduct clinical intakes, psychotherapy, documentation, coordinate with agency services, and respond to emergency situations.
- Travel within the five‑county catchment area and/or statewide as needed.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Completion of a relevant clinical practicum.
- Two years of post‑master experience in the field.
- Willingness to obtain AADA certification within 30 months of hire.
- Licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Alabama is preferred but not required.
- Good background check, MVR, and pre‑employment drug screen.
