Secretary II – Adult Outpatient Services

Adult Outpatient Clinic, Dothan, AL

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Assist consumers with initiating, scheduling, or rescheduling medical services.
• Prepare and submit program billing and/or collect payments.
• Answer, greet, and screen telephone callers.
• Ensure program compliance with all necessary standards, policies, and protocols.
• Establish and maintain client records using an EHR system.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with computers; preference for EHR experience.
• Excellent typing and data‑entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good MVR; must meet insurability requirements to drive a company vehicle (21+).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical, or medical office experience is ideal.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
