Entech's Administrators are responsible for supporting small and medium scale business networks in and around the southeast area. The Admin will work with other departments to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. This position requires a mastery of customer service and advanced IT technical knowledge/skills. Entech supports clients in many different industries and the demands of each are unique.
Responsibilities- Client visits to perform proactive and reactive network support services
- Support of a wide range of clients using the latest and most secure support tools
- Assist support technicians in training and support resolutions
- Independently resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for moving projects through to completion
- Server / Networking configuration, maintenance, and issue resolutions
- Firewall management, VPN Setup, Network Segmentation Design
- Solution generation for IT needs in a wide range of industries
- Help manage Backup, Security, and other IT solution tools
- Deep knowledge and experience in MS Server
- Advanced knowledge and experience in VMWARE environments
- Mastery of desktop support and ability to knowledge share with other team members
- Awesome customer service skills
- Love for technology and IT solutions
- A+, Net+, Server+, Security+ required or equivalent experience.
- Security+, Project+, VMWARE, Microsoft Certification(s) Preferred
- College Degree Preferred
- Team player
- Ability to stay organized in a high paced environment
- Great customer service and communication skills
- An in-depth pre-employment background investigation and drug test is required.

CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
