Job Overview

Service Master by Reed, a disaster restoration service, is seeking a full-time General Manager/Partner for our Dothan, AL office. Servicing AL, GA and FL.

Willing to relocate a qualified candidate.

The ideal candidate must have management experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold damage). IICRC certified and Xactimate experience. No others need apply.

• Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• 5 years minimum experience as a Sales Production or General Manager.
• At least 3 years’ experience with water, fire, mold damage.
• Must pass drug test and full background check.
• Have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others on the team.
• Good communication skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
