What You'll Do- Lead & Inspire: Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.
- Build Great Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
- Drive Results: Motivate your teams to achieve sales goals and key performance targets.
- Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting company standards.
- Create Great Experiences: Help resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service.
- Lead by Example: Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and create a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
