Load correct artwork and program files from the computer and generate required patterns on plotter machines. Prepare and maintain pattern logs and inventory movement forms.

• Use nesting software to optimize yield of parts, minimizing waste material.
• Ensure target list is completed daily.
• Issue out material to FWO jobs as required.
• Fill out rework sheets as required.
• Fill out Preventive Maintenance sheets daily.
• Other duties as required.

• Age 18 or older.
• Experience with CNC equipment as an operator or programmer.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Must have one year experience in using semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders, etc.).
• Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers) to take accurate measurements.
• Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to work within a team-oriented environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), flexibility, and the ability to get along with others.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
